The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 4179 – “A Bill to amend and reenact §16-7-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to transferring authority to promulgate rules and regulations for milk from the Department of Health and Human Resources to the Department of Agriculture; but requiring consultation with the Department of Health and Human Resources; and striking outdated language.”
